
In an effort to increase my forearm and finger strength away from the drum, I bought a DynaFlex Pro gyro exerciser. I'm trying to do 20 to 40 minutes every night, 10 minute "sets" in each hand. Who knows if it will actually improve my playing but I can attest that it makes my forearm and fingers sore!
You know, I've had one of these for years and they're fun to play with, but I don't think they do a thing to improve your drumming!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard for me to tell. Maybe it's all psychological, but I like having it with me when I can't practice on a drum.
